Title

To amend the Master Plan for the University of Pennsylvania by areas of land located within an area bounded by Chestnut Street, 33rd Street, Ludlow Street, and 34th Street.

 

Body

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Section 14-304(4) of The Philadelphia Code, Institutional (Special Purpose) District for the University of Pennsylvania is hereby amended, and the proposed addition at 3317-33 Chestnut Street, identified as Building 3 in Block “L” on the attached Exhibit “A”, which is on file with the Chief Clerk’s Office, and a copy of which is attached hereto for reference, is hereby approved.

 

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
