Title

Authorizing the Procurement Department, on behalf of the City, to enter into an amendment agreement with Axon Enterprises, Inc. for purchase of tasers by the City, under certain terms and conditions.

 

Body

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

SECTION 1.  The Procurement Department, on behalf of the City, is hereby authorized to enter into an amendment agreement (the “Amendment Agreement”) with Axon Enterprises, Inc. (“Axon”), substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A, pursuant to which Axon shall continue to provide tasers to the City for use by the Philadelphia Police Department, under certain terms and conditions.

 

 SECTION 2.  The City Solicitor shall include in said Amendment Agreement such terms and conditions as he may deem necessary to protect the interests of the City.
