THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2023 to 2028, inclusive, totaling ten billion, nine hundred and eighty-nine million, four hundred and ninety-nine thousand dollars ($10,989,499,000) in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit “A.”
