Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Permit Parking Districts,” by amending the boundaries of Permit Parking District 16, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts.

(2) Permit parking districts enumerated.
* * *
(q) District 16 - The area bounded by Broad street on the east, Lehigh avenue on the south, [Twenty-fifth] Thirtieth street on the west, and Hunting Park avenue on the north.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
