Body

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. For the purposes of this ordinance, Trailer shall be defined as it is in the Vehicle Code at 75 Pa. C.S. § 102.

SECTION 2. The following no truck or trailer parking regulations are hereby established:

NO TRUCK OR TRAILER PARKING ANYTIME

N. 60th street between W. Oxford street and Clifford terrace, both sides.

N. 61st street between W. Oxford street and Clifford terrace, both sides.

W. Columbia avenue between N. 60th street and N. 61st street, both sides.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon replacement of parking signage consistent with this Ordinance.
